Introduction
This Legal Notice applies to the Parentsy mobile application for iOS and Android, the Parentsy website, and all technically necessary web interfaces used in connection with the Parentsy service, including legal information, authentication, account management, support and account deletion.
It also applies to any other digital Parentsy service that expressly references this Legal Notice.
At launch, Parentsy does not provide a publicly accessible website containing user-generated content.

If a child or any other person is in immediate danger, users should immediately contact the competent emergency services, police or child protection authorities in their jurisdiction.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Parentsy service—including, but not limited to, the software, source code, databases, user interface, visual design, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, service marks, original texts, documentation and other proprietary materials—are owned by Parentsy group ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in the Parentsy service or this Legal Notice grants any licence or right to use any intellectual property except as expressly permitted by applicable law or by prior written permission of Parentsy group ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε.
Users retain ownership of the content they create and publish through the Parentsy service. By submitting content to the service, users grant Parentsy the rights described in the Terms of Use solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, improve and provide the service.
8. Liability for External Links
The Parentsy service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by Parentsy.
Parentsy has no influence over the content of such third-party services and assumes no responsibility or liability for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement or approval of the linked service.
Users access third-party services at their own risk and should review the applicable legal documents of those services before using them.
9. Changes to this Legal Notice
Parentsy may update this Legal Notice from time to time in order to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, business operations or the functionality of the service.
The current version will always be made available within the Parentsy application and, where applicable, on the Parentsy website.
The version number and the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this document indicate the currently applicable version.
10. Applicable Law
Unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, this Legal Notice shall be governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic.
Any mandatory rights granted to consumers under the laws of their country of residence or under applicable European Union law remain unaffected.
